Using a single thickness aligner can apply excessive force on teeth, risking root damage and unpredictable movement. Instead, a progressive system with soft and hard aligners allows for gradual tooth movement and reduced forces, leading to effective adjustments without extending treatment time.

Extended gingival coverage on aligners provides better esthetics and retention by covering more area on gum, especially for short crowns. This design hides aligner margins and allows for pressed buttons, saving chair time and reducing debonding risks. TrioClear also offers scalloped margins upon request for specific cases.

Buttons on TrioClear aligners are securely pressed into the aligners, eliminating the risk of debonding, minimizes emergency visits and saves chair time for clinicians. Additionally, it allows for various tooth movements with the option for extra cutouts and engagement hooks.
